We Want to Hear From You!

In March, MSHA will commemorate the 40th anniversary of the enactment of the Federal Coal Mine Health and Safety Act of 1969. As part of this observance, we want to hear from you. We welcome your thoughts about this historic legislation and how you think it helped redefine mine safety and health in the U.S. If you are interested in submitting a brief comment, please send it to Frank Meilinger at meilinger.frank@dol.gov by March 1, 2010.
